What are the conditions required for exchange?
Please make sure the item is:
- in their original form
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
- un-ironed
- still have their tags on
- bring along the original receipt

- Esmé products
- item below RM50
- sale or promotional item
- lingerie
- intimates
- swimwear
- accessories
- giftcard
What is the exchange, return and refund policy for Boutique Store?
Return and Refund
- All sales and exchanges are final.
- We do not accept return if the item is damaged, dirt or unpleasant smell. Please check the item before payment!
- We do not provide refund in cash/credit card/e-Wallet for store purchases.
Exchange
- For boutique store purchases, you're more than welcome to make an exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase at any BebeButterfly retail stores.
- For us to facilitate an exchange, you must have a valid original receipt of your purchase.
- Please make sure all your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, un-ironed and still have their tags on.
- Exchangeable items or categories included: Clothing, Bags and Shoes only.
- Non-exchangeable items or categories included: Sale or Promotional item, item below RM50, Lingeries, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, Esmé products and GiftCard.
- We do not provide refund or return for store purchase.
- You are encouraged to check all your items before purchase to avoid unexpected losses.
- A one-time exchange can be made for your purchase only.
- You may exchange to another item:
- Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
- Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required.

What are the exchange and refund policy for Department Store?

- For department store purchases, you're more than welcome to make an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase at the same department store counter.
- For us to facilitate an exchange, you must have a valid original receipt of your purchase.
