ALTERATION CHARGES

·      Penang: RM10/part

·      Others: RM25/part + RM10 nett (processing fee)

 

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

·      Pick-up at any stores: FOC

·      Deliver to home at Penisular: RM10

·      Deliver to home at Sabah & Sarawak: RM20

·      Deliver to Singapore: RM50 (+RM25 for each subsequent item)

 

COMPLETION TIME

·      Penang: 3-7 working days

·      Others: 7-14 working days

·      Please note that alteration lead times may extend significantly during festive and peak seasons; exact completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

 

HOW IT WORKS

·      Measurement and fitting will be handled on-site by our retail team upon purchase.

·      Alteration services are exclusively available for our brands only.

·      Customers may choose to collect altered items at any stores or departments.

·      Customers can arrange for direct home delivery too.

·      All altered items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
